Product NOS but unusable. |

Received NOS belt but it was unusable. The belt was stored in such a manner that it took a set and had a large hump which caused significant vibration in the drive train. I called Pillar to make them aware of this problem and spoke with Chris who was very understanding and was going to check to see if the product could be refunded and to send photos which documented my problem. Well unfortunately he called back and told me the owner said that there was not going to be refund as belts were sent from the manufacturer packaged the way mine was sent to me. The belt may have been sent from the manufacturer folded up but should have been stored in such a manner that it would not have taken a set. It is a shame that this Owner is going to squabble over a $20 dollar belt and loose a future return customer but that is his prerogative. My advice to any customers is to make sure that you are willing to accept that you most likely get a refund on a product even if it is defective.
